Fun gift for my son who loves to learn how things work.
This was purchased as a gift for my husband, who likes to watch the Lock Picking Lawyer. The kits endorsed by them are expensive and probably worthwhile for someone more interested in it beyond a hobby. This kit included a few different types of clear locks, with covers for more difficult practice and an array of hooks and bumps. For the price, it was a good kit for someone who wants to fiddle around on a budget. My husband enjoyed it, and I had confidence in buying it from Walmart.
My son loves taking things apart to figure out how they work, so this was perfect for him. The tools feel good, and the practice locks are cool. I feel like this will keep him busy for a while, haha. Definitely happy with it.
I haven't really used it yet, but it's neat so far.
All components work well, and I have no complaints.
